Our Policies

Returns Policy:

Should you not be completely satisfied with a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning

the Product back to us in its original state and packaging within 7 days of having received it.

Once we have received the product & after passing a full inspection we’ll refund, replace or give you a store credit.

We regret you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and

all returned goods until they reach our offices. We strongly advise that a proof of collection should be obtained when returning any part of you order.

Please contact us on using ‘URGENT RETURN’ in the subject line, should you wish to return an item. We will arrange collection.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

We will contact you to obtain your credit card or banking details so that we can refund you within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

(Please note return collection fees will be deducted from the Refunded amount)

Please note that custom furniture, special orders, made-to-order items and personalized items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty or damaged.

Return Eligibility:

We require the returned product(s) to be unused and in the original packaging.

Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee (deducted from your refund).

This also includes not packing the item up sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please use the packing material the item was sent with.

For health and hygiene reasons, all scatter cushions are not eligible for an unsatisfied return:

Items that were in clearance (ON SALE) on the date of purchase are not eligible for a return.


Damaged or Faulty Returns:

You need to notify Isabelina as soon as possible in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Please send an email to after which one of our sales assistants will contact you, or directly call our showroom on 079 208 9567.

In order to assist the return process, you may be required to fill in a return form and to send us images of the damage for preliminary assessment.

Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).
